Our focus / Pest control

You built the routes.
Choose what comes next.

Your customers know your name. Your team knows the work. A sale should start with what you want to preserve—and what you want to change.

Returning our call?

You’re in the right place.

Sameer reaches out to explore a potential fit with pest control acquirers we work with. You’re not being asked to hire us to sell your business. The buyer pays our fee at closing. You can include your accountant, attorney or family in the conversation.

01 Understand the opportunity

There’s more to a sale
than the headline price.

The business

What makes it work?

Recurring service, customer retention, route geography, reliable records and a capable team all belong in the conversation. Help buyers understand how the business earns its results.

The buyer

Who takes it forward?

Ask how they plan to treat your brand, technicians and customer relationships. Understand who makes the decisions and what they expect from you after closing.

The offer

What are the actual terms?

Compare the cash due at closing, later or contingent payments, any ownership you keep and the conditions attached. Review the whole proposal with your advisers.

Public acquisition materials offer useful questions to ask: Rentokil discusses recurring business and operating quality; Rollins discusses people, culture and continuity. These links do not imply a BronzeCrest affiliation.

02 Bring a process to the conversation

Prepare first.
Compare thoughtfully.

With your agreement, we work with the person who knows your financials, coordinate buyer discussions and stay involved through diligence.

03 Questions from owners

You don’t need every answer
before the first call.

Do I need to be ready to sell?

No. We can start with timing, questions and what would make a sale worth considering. An initial conversation does not commit you to a transaction.

What happens to my employees and brand?

That depends on the buyer and the agreed terms. We make those priorities part of the buyer conversations, so you can ask specific questions before choosing a path.

Can my accountant or attorney join?

Yes. Your advisers help assess the financial, legal and tax implications. We can work with them and explain our role and compensation.

Are you asking me to hire a broker?

No. We work with acquirers seeking pest control businesses. We’re not asking you to hire us as your sell-side representative. You retain your own advisers to evaluate terms and protect your interests.

Do I pay BronzeCrest anything?

No. The acquiring group pays our success fee when a transaction closes. You pay no fee to BronzeCrest. We explain our buyer relationships, compensation and agreed scope before moving forward. Any fees for advisers you engage separately are your own arrangements.
