Different people.
Different next steps.
A partner wants to leave, family responsibilities are changing or ownership needs to evolve. What does each person want, and which decisions need agreement?
Our focus / Special situations
A partner may want to exit. A family may be planning a transition. You may want to explore selling part of the business. Start with the situation.
01 Situations to discuss
A partner wants to leave, family responsibilities are changing or ownership needs to evolve. What does each person want, and which decisions need agreement?
You may want to explore selling a portion while remaining involved. What would you want to retain, and what would you expect from a new partner?
Your business may fall outside our core sector, or an existing proposal may raise new questions. What needs to be understood before the next conversation?
02 Scope before promises
We assess the situation against our experience and acquirer relationships. If there’s a fit, we agree the scope, who needs to be involved and our role before moving forward.
Where specialist expertise is needed, your legal, accounting, tax or financing advisers remain central to the decision.
Who wants what outcome? What must remain unchanged? What timing or financial constraints matter?
Map the ownership, available information, existing commitments and any proposal already on the table.
Establish whether a conversation with an acquirer we work with, or help coordinating the next steps, would be useful.
Our role, made clear
When we work with an acquirer, that buyer pays our fee at closing. You pay no fee to BronzeCrest, and we explain our relationship with the buyer from the start. If BronzeCrest is considering a direct investment, we make that different role clear before proceeding.
