BronzeCrest
Work with acquirers seeking businesses to buy. With your agreement, organize requests, coordinate the people involved and maintain a shared timetable. The buyer pays our fee at closing; you pay no fee to BronzeCrest.
Resources / Preparing to sell
You keep running the business. We work with you and the people who know your numbers to organize the information buyers will need.
01 A practical starting point
Start with what you already have. We agree the scope for your business and organize requests before sharing information with buyers.
Share sensitive records through an agreed secure channel, with appropriate confidentiality arrangements. Do not send employee or customer personal information just to start a conversation.
02 Clear responsibilities
Preparation means making the information understandable and addressing the underlying questions—not hiding difficult facts.

Provide records, explain how the business works and confirm that the information is accurate.
Assess accounting, tax and legal questions, evaluate terms and advise you on the transaction.
03 When the business is ready
We target two weeks of buyer meetings, then the following week for initial proposals. Dates are agreed with you and participating buyers. Preparation, diligence and closing take their own time.
04 Evaluate the buyer, too
Who approves the deal, and which decisions still need to be made?
Which assumptions about earnings, working capital or the business are still untested?
What evidence of financing is available, and what conditions remain?
What are the plans for the team, brand, customers and your own role?
What is due at closing, what comes later and what depends on future results?
Can I speak with an owner whose business you acquired?
